About The Author

Hi there, I’m Cournelious! I was born and spent my first 17 years living in Jamaica W.I. I migrated to the USA, and I did not realize how good I had it back then. I came to the States for a better life with my mom and family.

My first trip back home a few years later is when I realized I took good things for granted. What is that you may ask? As a child, we played around the house and up and down the streets. Whenever we get hungry, we would go to one of our trees and pick a fruit and eat, praying that we would not be called for lunch or dinner any time soon. Mango was my favorite, but it could also be June Plum,  Sweet Sap, Guava, Naseberry, Otaheite Apple, Sour Sap, Star Apple, and so many more.

These were the good days because another thing I could remember is my grandfather and my friend’s parents talking about all the herbs that are good for us. When I tell my friend in the states how to relieve commons problems with natural plant leaves, fruits, and roots that the doctor would put them on meds for they would ask if I’m working voodoo. I know they were joking but hearing all those stories around the dinner table for all those years make me feel Irie man. So, at this point I know I need to share my knowledge with the world. I hope you will find something here that can help you. And, please read the disclaimer on the page below.
